The Job
Main Responsibilities
The Deputy SAP Project Implementation Manager is entrusted with the overall management of all new SAP-related implementation projects. This includes overseeing system expansion, deployment of new modules, and system integration. The manager is expected to standardize implementation processes in alignment with Group regulations, while planning and managing project timelines and budgets to ensure high-quality outcomes. A crucial aspect of this role is the coordination with internal departments, vendors, and implementation partners to facilitate seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the manager is responsible for organizing training sessions and handing over the system to the operations team following the successful go-live. Regular reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership is required.
Key Duties
- Develop both overall and detailed plans for each SAP project.
- Monitor progress, control quality, and resolve issues during implementation phases.
- Prepare necessary documentation and propose budgets for individual projects.
- Allocate and coordinate personnel according to the requirements of each phase.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Supervise, support, and enhance the capabilities of the internal team.
- Analyze and assess project risks, proposing suitable solutions when needed.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and organize meetings to communicate project progress and results.
- Manage and support the completion of payment documents related to projects, such as contracts and invoices.
Your Skills and Experience
Professional Requirements
- Proven experience in managing SAP or large-scale ERP projects.
- Proficiency in planning, risk management, and cross-departmental communication.
- Ability to establish processes, conduct training, and hand over systems to operations teams.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills in English.
- Knowledge of SAP FICO is considered an advantage.
- Excellent task management and delegation abilities

- Strong problem-solving and logical analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to support, train, and share expertise with team members.
- Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Other Requirements
- Capability to organize work with effective prioritization and arrangement.
