Mô tả công việc

Responsible for overall operation of ETG Vietnam supplier chain management; manage the function of planning, purchasing, customs and logistic, warehouse, supplier quality management as well as facility and maintenance within the organization;
Formulate short-term, medium-term and long-term work plan according to company strategy to improve supplier chain management level and work efficiency;
Participate in the company's major management decisions, and provide business analysis and support to Managing Director
Formulate department annual budget, and improve relevant policies and procedures, control the cost of company;
Design and improve company supplier chain system, make process of the material demand planning, purchasing, customs, storage, logistics and so on, and supervise the implementation of the process;
Establish and improve the development, maintenance, tracking and evaluation system of supplier and outsourcing supplier, establish supplier development plan, support and cultivate high quality supplier and outsourcing supplier, establish the quality management system and cost control system of supplier and outsourcing supplier;
To organize and establish purchasing plan, material delivery plan, inventory plan, etc., and supervise and follow up;
Cooperate with sales and production department to handle customers complains, take effective preventive measures to reduce customer complaint rate and implement claim control;
Ensure all operations under jurisdiction meet the requirements of national and local laws and regulations;
Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.

Yêu cầu

Education:
At least Bachelor Degree Bachelor's degree and above, Engineering
Critical Competences:

10 years' experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain, with at least a minimum of 5 years in managerial role
Familiar with supply chain operation, have knowledge and skills of supply chain management.

Communication Profile: Proficiency in English;
Managerial Profile:

Excellent organization, analysis, communication, coordination, negotiation and leadership skills;
Have good professional ethics, strong ability to resist pressure;
Knowledge on leading solutions in the market;
Broad supply chain knowledge and experiences;
Strategic thinking.

Computer Literate:
Microsoft office
