Main responsibilities:
● Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers of components, materials, tools, and services in line with business needs.
● Source and purchase components/products (electronic, enclosure parts, electromechanics, custom elements) according to technical specifications.
● Lead sourcing of plastic injection, aluminum die-casting, rubber parts & electronic components
● Work closely with Engineering on NPI & tooling/mold development
● Review technical drawings, specifications & production processes
● Select suitable equivalents for electronic components based on technical requirements.
● Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best commercial and quality outcomes.
● Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and value.
● Oversee procurement processes for tools, equipment, and consumables from China, Europe, and the USA for production.
● Monitor and control delivery schedules, quality, completeness, pricing, and related documentation.
● Prepare and coordinate contracts, manage orders and payments.
● Continuously analyze market trends and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize risks.
● Maintain and enhance supplier relationships to support long-term business objectives.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure procurement supports broader business goals.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
● Minimum 4 year of procurement experience in electronics, EMS, or automotive sectors.
● Strong experience in technical sourcing (manufacturing environment preferred)
● Ability to read & understand technical drawings
● Experience in mold/tooling & NPI projects
● Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
● Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to cost-efficiency and risk mitigation.
● Technical background in electronics or good understanding of electronic components and their equivalents.
● Familiarity with foreign economic activity (FEA) and international procurement practices.
● Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
● English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
● Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
● Result-driven with the ability to follow through on tasks and deliver tangible outcomes.
● Experience with 1C ERP system.
● Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
