Deputy Plant Manager for Food and Beverage Factory

1. Manage entire operations and activities of factory including Maintenance and Production Department, Mixing Division, Quality Assurance Department, Facility Department and Environment & Health & Safety Department in order to ensure always deliver good quality product output on time in efficient manner with cost effectiveness.
2. Build comprehensive development strategies for the factory in short, medium and long-term. Assure achievement of strategies.
3. Implement production good practices in order to deliver best product quality, optimize production processes, increase productivity, minimize production loss, reduce production costs, etc...
4. Deploy continuous improvement activities to drive operational innovation, explore growth opportunities in productivity, increase the effectiveness of machinery and manpower, streamline factory operations.
5. Direct and oversee daily operations of the factory to ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way as well as to best utilize the available resources including manpower, machine and materials.
6. Manage manufacturing costs to optimize cost effectiveness and within budget.
7. Build and develop strong factory team to support the long-term development strategy of the company. Implement good coaching to all level of factory team in order to enhance both technical and management skills.
8. Manage trouble shooting and solution for machineries repairing as well as other technical problems relating to whole processes of production, quality assurance and other operation activities in factory.
9. Performs other duties as assigned by superior levels.
