* Purpose of Role
Primary responsibility includes maintaining MOET Curriculum and assisting to Principal of a school in Hanoi.
* ISP Principles

* ISP MOET Deputy Principal Key Responsibilities
MOET curriculum:
• Being assigned by the Principal in all aspects of activities, helping the Principal to decide on the work in the assigned field. Performing the management of professional activities, responsible for fully implementing the contents according to the curriculum and teaching plan.
• Based on the professional direction plan of the superior, the school's plan to develop a plan of professional activities for the whole year, each semester, each month and every week. Report to the Principal for approval of the plan, guide professional groups and teachers to perform professional tasks, and the plan will be publicized at the office.
• Researching and mastering the program at all levels, directing the implementation of the program to ensure sufficient and correct number of periods. Arrange a reasonable and balanced schedule. Monitor the substitute teaching and make-up of teachers.
• Develop plans for professional development, conduct thematics, discuss the curriculum of textbooks, teaching aids, practice experiments, organize the construction of a topic bank.
• Develop educational plans, test plans for teachers' pedagogical activities, test plans for teachers at all levels, scientific research works, and competitions on the profession of teachers and students.
• On behalf of the Principal to manage the school's activities, when assigned by the Principal. monthly report on professional activities to the Principal and superiors.
• Draft decisions on professional work, competitions of teachers and students related to their profession, and submit them to the Principal for signature.
* Leadership:
• Upholds the mission of the school and that of ISP.
• Supports and actively contributes to the mission and philosophy of the school.
• Provide leadership and vision in curricular development and enhancement.
• Directs orientation and training new teachers in appropriate implement of standards and in all areas of curriculum implementation.
• Training and mentoring of teachers, as well as other methodologies the school may employ.
• Nurturing curricular integration across disciplines where and when feasible.
• Meet regularly with teachers and teams for informal conversations about the issues and needs, maintaining a record of meetings and topics discussed as part of academic personnel's professional growth/support/progress/background for evaluation.
• Coordinates with Principal and faculty in planning and conducting professional development related to teaching and curriculum including, orientations and faculty in-services and workshops.
* Learning and Teaching:
• Coordinates academic professional growth efforts with Principal at and the administrative team.
• Supervises academic employee's job performance per job descriptions and in conjunction with Principal.
• As instructional leader, he/she in concert with the Principal, recruits, trains, mentors, manages, assesses faculty
• Frameworks for teaching and learning for evaluation and annual goal/objective setting for the faculty.
• Constructive and continual feedback to teachers
- Coordinates student evaluation systems.
- Manages standardized testing and all student testing and evaluations.
- Manages changes to student evaluation and reporting systems including progress reports, report cards, parent/teacher conference reports and individual student learning plans.
* Administration
• Receives all request for evaluation services (from parents or teachers) and coordinates responses and actions.
• Communicates about the school's academic and co-curricular programs by writing school articles, publication and/or making presentations.
• Oversees and assists with any accreditation and attendant school visits.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, whenever called upon to assist; Supervises budgets relevant to the MOET program.
• Ensures maintenance of internal School Calendar, schedules, and agenda.
