Responsible for the development strategy
Manages and coordinates the activities of the assigned R&D team budget.
Leads/chairs R&D team meetings to communicate and review project direction and progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organize and synthesize, investigate, analyze, and put into context the world's, region's, and Vietnam's economic and social situations in order to produce goals, strategies, tactics, products and services, policies, and strategies. books and plans pertaining to company operations
Organize and conduct research, distribute, analyze, evaluate, and identify schools in order to identify and exploit group solutions and initiatives connected to markets, projects, goods, and services in order to achieve corporate objectives and strategies.
Conduct a delivery study, feasibility assessment, and performance measurement of the selected initiative and team solution implementation; then, develop comprehensive goals, overall strategy, action plan, supplement resources, and develop contingency plans for each group solution and initiative's implementation.
Status updates and alerts on a variety of market and forecast changes that could affect your overall goals and strategy, business goals and strategies, and goals, tactics, and plans at each stage of development, as well as the company's product framework
Advising Information Management on the development of goals, strategies, and action plans relating to the Department's common tasks.
Organize cooperation and/or help other units in implementing activities to accomplish common goals and in accordance with the division's and company's overall strategy and plan.
Organize and report on work that falls under the Department's overall responsibilities.
Providing information management advice to the Department's construction and management of human resources, as well as human resource development.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2 year of experience in the same position or relevant in the real estate industry is required
Have a bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, economics, finance, commerce, or marketing...
At least 05 (five) years of experience in market research, product/service research and development, strategic consulting...
Fluent in English (all four skills)
