Deputy Site Manager (Office)

• Develop and review construction procedure documents, inspect shops before construction is released.
• Prepare periodic reports for the Investor and the Board of Directors.
• Organize, implement, and complete construction works, hand over projects on schedule and in accordance with the contract signed with the Investor.
• Be responsible for controlling material consumption at the construction site.
• Manage project construction budget within the scope of work assigned by the Site Manager.
• Ensure good coordination activities with the Investor, subcontractors, within the construction site and with departments/divisions in the company.
• Have a good grasp of the scope of work and related terms of subcontracts and supplier contracts.
• Understand the design and technical requirements of the project in charge, propose adjustments and resolve technical issues related to the project.
• Organize construction site survey, implement the design and estimation of temporary office, temporary warehouse, office equipment, construction equipment, labor protection, electricity - water system for construction, communication system at the construction site.
• Develop schedule with department heads, Investors, internal construction schedule.
• Update construction logbook.
• Develop construction procedures for project items.
• Organize the inspection, receipt and storage of materials and equipment on the construction site.
• Organize the inspection and supervision of the quality of construction works/items.
• Organize the inspection and supervision of labor safety, fire prevention and sanitation at the construction site.
• Detect, propose solutions, and update all arising issues during the construction process.
• Implement and review the completion dossier, project acceptance dossier.
• Organize and implement the project handover.
• Monitor and organize repairs when there is a warranty request.
