JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Learn and understand various trading strategies and tools, and conduct live trading under guidance and supervision.
• Trading work mainly involves T+0 high-frequency trading of financial derivative products such as stock indices, forex, gold, and bitcoin.
• Prepare well for the morning meeting every day, strictly follow the strategy execution.
• Review and summarize after the trading session, summarize the trading situation and write trading logs.
• System risk control, strictly abide by and execute risk trading rules to minimize risk and maximize returns.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• College degree or above.
• Major in finance, science and engineering and other related majors.
• Familiar with common trading platforms such as TWS, MT4, MT5, cTrader, and have some understanding of programmatic trading, quantitative trading, and arbitrage trading.
• Have more than 1 year of experience as a derivatives, cryptocurrency, securities, or fund trader.
• Have a strong interest in trading and willing to devote time and energy to learn
trading skills.
• Possess basic quantitative analysis and data processing abilities.
• Possess English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
Working time: from 10:30AM to 9:30 PM, specifically depending on the products being traded.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Negotiable salary (1000-5000 USD) + performance bonus + other benefits, specifics depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
• The company provides all funds and software. Traders receive a weekly commission on profits, and there is no responsibility for losses.
