We are currently recruiting for the position of Design Coordination:
• Follow up project schedule under guidance of Senior
• Support coordination with consultants to ensure design progress and quality
• Assist in reviewing design drawings before submission (concept, tender, shop drawings)
• Coordinate with contractors and designers during design and construction stages
• Prepare reports and presentations (slides/video) as required
• Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up action items
• Support contract administration and payment process
• Support documentation and internal coordination processes
