We are currently recruiting for the position of Design Coordination:
• Follow up project schedule under guidance of Senior
• Support coordination with consultants to ensure design progress and quality
• Assist in reviewing design drawings before submission (concept, tender, shop drawings)
• Coordinate with contractors and
designers during design and construction stages
• Prepare reports and presentations (slides/video) as required
• Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up action items
• Support contract administration and payment process
• Support documentation and internal coordination processes
Yêu cầu
Học vấn: (Education): Bachelor's Degree in Architecture orrelated field
Kinh nghiệm:(Experience)
• 5 years of experience
• Good understanding of architectural, planning, fire safety (PCCC), and interior design standards, both local and international
Kỹ năng chuyên môn (Specialized skills)
• Proficient in design software: CAD, Revit, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, etc.)
• Professionals using AI tools for work (ChatGPT, Google AI,Perplexity, Canvas, etc.)
Kỹ năng mềm (Soft skills)
• Strong willingness to learn and grow through real projects
• Good coordination and communication mindset
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good conversational English

• Salary: Negotiable (Salary during 2-month probation: 100% salary + 910,000)
• Lunch allowance: 910,000 VND/month
• 13th-month salary + year-end bonus
