Mô tả công việc

*Overview:
1. Participate in coordinating the activities of the legal and design management department and participate in solving design issues related to the project, ensuring the effective implementation of its activities.
2. Cooperate in controlling the process, evaluating the results of design activities in periods of design, construction until the project is completed. Workflow improvements ensure efficient operations.
*Responsibility:
• Review, analyze BOD's briefs and developed initial architecture concepts with direct manager.
• Coordinate, schedule and negotiate project's timelines with Design Management Team.
• Supervise design documentations and guide domestic and foreign consultants (Concept, MEP, Structure).
• Document on-site inspections for defects and handled design adjustments in construction documentations
• Research creative design solutions, improve product designs, materials ...
• Work closely with the management, internal departmental colleagues, and external service partners/consultants/other related professionals (including other related professionals, such as engineers, urban planners, landscape architects, construction representatives and interior designers involving in Projects), to deliver international best practices and quality standards required/expected of the township project.
• Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.

Yêu cầu

*Background / Experience:
• Bachelors' degree in Architecture
• At least 5 years of experience in design management position;
• Experience in Hotel/Resort industry preferred.
*Specific job skills:
• Deep understanding of architecture
• Have a rough understanding of both structure and ME.
• Good presentation and presentation skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, staff, community leaders, donors, and funded partners.
• Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
• Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
• Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
• Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Able to work independently and proactively;
• Excellent judgment is essential.
