1. Design & Mall Image Management
• Be responsible and manage all Graphic design - Interior design - Visual merchandise activities of the Shopping Mall
• Develop strategies for both long-term and short-term of design plans
• Monitor process of plan implementing, appraising job results
• Project & Budget management
2. Visual Merchandise Management
• Be responsible for display merchandise activities in Shopping Mall, support VM of brands
• Propose display idea, research merchandise trend, art collaboration; Work with suppliers related to realize display products as concept plan
• Site check to ensure luxury elegant shopping environment for customer and attractive VM to boost sales and intense image of store
• Seasonal VM Concept: Adaptation design, manufacture & installation of seasonal VM from Head Quarter suitable for shopping mall
3. Graphic Design Management
• Collaborate with the Sales Planning & Marketing Team to conceptualize, design and coordinate production of all marketing graphic materials
• Manage all design activities related to the publication advertisements on
digital marketing channels: print-ads, banners, website, social media graphics and more
• Design management and maintenance signages in mall
4. Interior Design Management
• Propose creative idea, demonstrate interior design in store
• Confirm tenant/brand's interior drawing in store
• Manage interior project following the processes from concept drawing to completion
• Manage & maintain furniture, fixture, lighting... in store.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in design, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team leader role, candidates with experience in Retail, Shopping Mall, or Commercial Service industries are preferred.
• Strong proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar 2D/3D programs).
• Solid understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, layout, etc.) to effectively attract consumers in a retail environment; familiarity with printing processes, materials, and related aspects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, operations, leasing, and vendors).
• Proficient in English.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to translate marketing objectives into effective design concepts.
