Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in fundraising,
business development, corporate partnerships, or advancement roles.
• Experience working in higher education, nonprofits, or CSR-driven organizations is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Proposal writing, donor communication, and project management skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of CRM systems or fundraising databases is a plus.
