Development Engineering Supervisor

• Lead product engineering team with in depth knowledge in engineering job.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Develop and document product databases.
• Participate in root cause analysis, solution development and implementation
• Review and participate in design development
• Control engineering documents control, input, and release as needed.
• Participate in achieving and maintaining ISO 9001 certification.
• Review Customer RFQ (Engineering Area) and come up with good understanding and proposal for design and manufacturing.
• Customer interface for engineering agenda and focus on market trend in technology.
• Lead development engineering team for timely delivery of design, customer response and reverse engineering along with other requirements as arise.
• Support all communication of internal and external to achieve corporate goals.
• Lead communication with customers to follow up agenda and to solve issues.
• Accept other jobs as requested.
