YOUR MISSION:
As a key actor of development in Decathlon, I work closely with project teams, to develop, industrialize & duplicate the best-designed sports shoes for our users, based on the best ratio cost/ quality/lead time & the highest product benefits level for the usage needs.
THE CONTEXT:
Vietnam Development Center capabilities are a strategic lever to accelerate our Soccer brand KIPSTA to shake up the top 3 soccer brands. We are looking to strengthen our Inline Dev Team to prepare for the upcoming 26/27 offer renewal. You will be joining an experienced team with a proven track record in performance soccer shoes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate the development, industrialization, and duplication project plan.
• Responsible for the manufacturing of the prototypes and participate in the setting up of the technical file.
• Optimize development costs and negotiate for the fair value/price of the products.
• Participate in the industrialization process of your product.
• Guarantee product quality through good management of your development.
• Manage the continuous improvement of your activity.
• Work on innovation exploration projects with my eco-system teams.
• Participate in Footwear panel management/growth by giving inputs/actions for supplier panel review and sourcing where needed.
• In the development field, you offer technical support to the ecosystem teams: material advice, sole/mold allocation, etc.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
* MUST HAVE:
- 3-5 years of experience in the sporting goods industry (Footwear experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Vital, responsible, and able to take ownership of projects.
- Demonstrate leadership skills with experience in leading a team.
- Strong ability to connect with people naturally and build relationships.
- A curious mindset with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
- High standards and a demanding attitude.
- Willingness to travel frequently (1.5 hours from HCMC).
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese native language.
* GOOD TO HAVE:
- Creative with a proven track record of transforming ideas into tangible results.
- Passionate about soccer.
- Speed and responsiveness in decision-making and execution.
- Ability to speak Chinese is a plus.

Ở mảng bán lẻ, tính đến tháng 03/2023, Decathlon Việt Nam đã mở 05 cửa hàng thể thao tại Hà Nội (TTTM Vincom Royal City, TTTM Aeon Mall Hà Đông) và TP.HCM (TTTM Aeon Mall Tân Phú, TTTM Vincom Mega Mall Thảo Điền & TTTM Vạn Hạnh Mall). Sắp tới, Decathlon sẽ mở thêm 02 cửa hàng thể thao trải nghiệm tại Hà Nội tại TTTM Times City và TTTM Savico Megamall Long Biên với diện tích cực lớn cùng nhiều trải nghiệm mới mẻ cho khách hàng, vì vậy, chúng tôi đang cần tuyển Nhân viên tư vấn và Quản lý ngành hàng đầy nhiệt huyết để chuẩn bị cho sự kiện quan trọng này.
