Development Production Leader For FootwearDecathlon Vietnam

YOUR MISSION:
As a key actor of development in Decathlon, I work closely with project teams, to develop, industrialize & duplicate the best-designed sports shoes for our users, based on the best ratio cost/ quality/lead time & the highest product benefits level for the usage needs.
THE CONTEXT:
Vietnam Development Center capabilities are a strategic lever to accelerate our Soccer brand KIPSTA to shake up the top 3 soccer brands. We are looking to strengthen our Inline Dev Team to prepare for the upcoming 26/27 offer renewal. You will be joining an experienced team with a proven track record in performance soccer shoes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate the development, industrialization, and duplication project plan.
• Responsible for the manufacturing of the prototypes and participate in the setting up of the technical file.
• Optimize development costs and negotiate for the fair value/price of the products.
• Participate in the industrialization process of your product.
• Guarantee product quality through good management of your development.
• Manage the continuous improvement of your activity.
• Work on innovation exploration projects with my eco-system teams.
• Participate in Footwear panel management/growth by giving inputs/actions for supplier panel review and sourcing where needed.
• In the development field, you offer technical support to the ecosystem teams: material advice, sole/mold allocation, etc.
