ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated DevOps Lead to join our dynamic team at a leading FinTech company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps practices. As a DevOps Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enabling seamless development, deployment, and operations of cutting-edge financial technology solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
DevOps Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement DevOps strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead and mentor a team of
DevOps engineers to ensure operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Security, and Operations) to drive DevOps best practices.
Infrastructure Management:
Design and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Ensure cost optimization and efficient resource utilization.
CI/CD Pipeline Implementation:
Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment cycles.
Implement automated testing and deployment processes to ensure high-quality releases.
Monitoring & Incident Management:
Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
Lead incident response and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
Security & Compliance:
Integrate security practices into the CI/CD pipeline (DevSecOps).
Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, or SOC 2.
Manage secrets and sensitive data securely using tools like HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secrets Manager.
Collaboration & Communication:
Act as a bridge between development and operations teams to foster a culture of collaboration.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on technical solutions and business requirements.
