The Job
- Monitor and maintain company systems and applications to ensure stable operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during operations.
- Ensure operational processes comply with company policies and regulations.
- Receive, categorize, and handle support requests from internal users.
- Manage and track the incident resolution process from detection to resolution.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to quickly address issues.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize risks.
- Participate in the company's continuous improvement projects.
- Prepare periodic reports on the status of systems and applications.
- Update and maintain user guides and operational documentation.
- Guide and train internal users on how to use company systems and applications.
- Assist users in resolving system and application-related issues.
Your Skills and Experience
- Graduated from University/College, preferably in IT or technical areas¡K
- 1- 5+ years of experience in application developer, DevOps, Java Developer, IT administrator preferably in banking or financial businesses;
- Strong understand programming languages & frameworks which are belong to technologies: Java, Web API, .Net
- Entity Framework is a plus;
- Strong understand object oriented programming (OOP);
- Strong troubleshooting issue skill in complex IT environment;
- Experienced in AWS cloud is a plus;
- Strong management, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Strong analysis & problem resolving skills;
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Diligent and willing to learn;
- English (Able to write and read English Document);

Tiền thân là Khối Tín dụng tiêu dùng trực thuộc Ngân hàng TMCP Việt Nam Thịnh Vượng (VPBank), FE CREDIT đã thành công trong việc chuyển đổi hoạt động Tín dụng tiêu dùng sang một pháp nhân độc lập mới với tên gọi Công ty Tài chính TNHH MTV Ngân hàng Việt Nam Thịnh Vượng (được nhận diện với Thương hiệu FE CREDIT) vào tháng 02/2015.
Tháng 10/2021, VPBank hoàn tất việc bán 49% vốn điều lệ của FE CREDIT cho Công ty Tài chính Tiêu dùng SMBC (SMBCCF), một công ty con do tập đoàn Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group của Nhật Bản sở hữu 100% vốn. Đồng thời, Công ty Tài chính TNHH MTV Ngân hàng Việt Nam Thịnh Vượng cũng được đổi tên thành Công ty Tài chính TNHH Ngân hàng Việt Nam Thịnh Vượng SMBC.
Sau 11 năm hoạt động, với sứ mệnh hiện thực hóa hàng triệu ước mơ, FE CREDIT đã thiết lập một nền tảng vững chắc và liên tục giữ vững vị trí dẫn đầu thị phần tài chính tiêu dùng với mạng lưới trải dài trên toàn quốc tại hơn 21.000 điểm bán hàng cùng hơn 16.000 nhân viên. Với hơn 12 triệu người dân Việt Nam được giải quyết khó khăn tài chính, trong đó có 30% hợp đồng vay mới mỗi năm, FE CREDIT đã góp phần đẩy lùi tín dụng đen, nâng cao mức sống của người dân lao động và thúc đẩy kinh tế tiêu dùng.
