Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support:
- Receive and handle technical support requests from users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Guide users on how to use software and IT equipment.
- System Management:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and network devices.
- Manage user accounts and access rights within the system.
- Security and Maintenance:
- Ensure information security and system integrity.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks and software updates.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Record detailed information about issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Report status and emerging issues to the IT Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Education:
- Major in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Can work full time at least 04 days/week.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Understanding of computer networks and basic network protocols.
- Skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Certifications (if any):
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or other related certifications.
- Personal Attributes:
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Professional and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.
