Handle inbound and outbound calls through the company dialer system.
Contact and follow up with potential customers provided by the Marketing team.
Identify customers who are interested in loan/mortgage services.
Transfer interested customers to the Front Desk/Sales team for further consultation and follow-up.
Update customer information and call status in the system.
Maintain professional communication during all customer interactions.
Working hours: 9PM - 6AM ( Full - time night shift), Monday to Friday
Able to stay active on the dialer system for 8 working hours per day.
Achieve a minimum target of 20 qualified leads per week.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
Basic English communication is preferred.
Previous experience in customer service,
telesales, or mortgage/loan industry is a plus.
