Overview:
The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the hotel's online presence across all digital sales channels. This role ensures accurate content, competitive pricing, and effective promotions are implemented on OTA platforms, websites, and other e-commerce channels to drive online bookings and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update content (photos, descriptions, facilities, policies) across all OTAs and third-party websites to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain rate parity and conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or issues.
- Assist in managing room availability and rates across online channels via the channel manager and PMS/CRS systems.
- Coordinate the implementation of online promotions, special packages, and campaigns in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
- Analyze performance data (conversion rates, booking pace, ranking position) from online platforms and provide actionable insights.
- Liaise with OTA market managers to optimize visibility and promotional opportunities.
- Support the hotel's official website content and ensure alignment with the brand's guidelines and seasonal offerings.
- Assist in responding to guest reviews and Q&A across online platforms to maintain strong reputation scores.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, campaign results, and competitor benchmarking.
