* Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to support our Automation - Robotics & Tooling Department. Our team leads automation initiatives that integrate robotic arms into toy manufacturing, driving efficiency, precision, and innovation across our production lines. This role supports and reports to the Technical
Project Manager, and involves multiple overlapping projects at once, so the ideal candidate is someone who can manage competing priorities, stay organized across several workstreams, and help keep every project on track.
* Main Responsibilities
Independent execution: Take ownership of the project checklist. Proactively follow up with engineers and technicians to keep tasks on track, without needing constant direction.
Progress tracking across projects: Draft project plans and use project management software to track tasks and milestones across several projects running in parallel. Flag potential delays or conflicts between overlapping project timelines.
Meeting & action items: Attend routine project alignment meetings, document action items, and independently drive the team to complete their deliverables.
Communication and coordination: Manage calendars across multiple projects, serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handle correspondence, and distribute important information.
Purchasing tracking: Draft purchase orders for materials, machines, and tools. Track and follow up on orders placed by the Technical Project Manager or Operations Manager to make sure they arrive in time for each project's deadlines.
* Working hours:
Monday to Saturday (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 1-hour lunch break)

* Work Experience
2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in project coordination, engineering support, or a related technical/manufacturing environment.
* Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, including:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering
Materials Science, Chemical Engineering,
Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Applied Mathematics,
Data Science,
Software Engineering.
