Mô tả công việc
In this role, you will:
Digital Acquisition
• Drive diversification and optimization across all digital media channels to optimize ROI; track individual channel profitability to underpin optimal allocation of Marketing budget.
• Grow online acquisition through effective targeting, creative, channel, partner and vendor management
• Build relationships with key media platforms and aggregators to scale up acquisition
• Develop a continual optimization strategy for key owned assets such as Marketing-related web-page
Social Media Management
• Manage all social media channels and create Social Always-On strategy for Social platforms in line with Group guideline.
• Manage the development of outstanding, engaging content to enhance and transform brand presence on Social while managing the risk from online communities. Ongoing content update and maintenance to ensure its effectiveness and freshness.
Marketing Analysis
• Provide insights from current Marketing activities in order to improve and enhance current Marketing activities.
• Examine a campaign's ROI, analyze Marketing metrics to identify cause and effect relationships.
Marketing Innovation
• Act as Project Leader for Marketing-related Digital Activities
• Manage the implementation of digital marketing initiatives according to Group's digital strategy.
• Propose and drive new Marketing initiatives to uplift Brand Image/customer experience.

Yêu cầu công việc
To be successful in the role, candidate should meet the following requirements
• University degree in Marketing or Business studies or equivalent professional qualification
• 8 - 12 years of experience in marketing field, preferable in the financial field, strong digital marketing capability is an advanatge to achieve success in this role.
• Strong verbal and written communication both English and Vietnamese.
• Logical thinking, good organizational and administration skills.
• Team leadership with high energy, enthusiasm, engagement and commitment.
• Strong presentation skills with MS Office especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint
