KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies for the Close-end-loan product line.
- Align digital strategies with overall business objectives and market dynamics.
- Oversee and optimize the performance of all digital channels used for Close-end-loan promotion and sales.
- Continually assess and employ the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Analyze the end-to-end digital customer journey to identify and execute on opportunities for conversion rate improvement.
- Manage the digital sales funnel, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to loan approval and disbursal.
- Set KPIs for digital sales performance and regularly report on progress to senior management.
- Utilize analytics and data insights to inform strategic decisions and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with product teams, marketing, IT, and data analytics teams to ensure a cohesive approach to digital sales.
- Work with the CRM team to integrate customer retention and engagement strategies into the digital sales process.
- Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, competitive offerings, and potential for market expansion.
- Adapt digital sales tactics based on competitive analysis and market feedback.
- Oversee the digital sales budget for the Close-end-loan product line, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Yêu cầu
- Professional experience in Digital Sales / Digital Marketing, preferable within Fintech industry
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital sales strategies
- Solid background in digital marketing with a track record of driving customer acquisition and engagement through various online channels.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize digital channels.
- In-depth understanding of consumer finance products, industry regulations, and the competitive landscape.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve digital sales targets and implement strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital sales strategies
