JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Digital & Ecommerce Marketing Intern at Hyphens Pharma Vietnam, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our digital marketing and ecommerce strategies while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You will play a key role in executing digital campaigns, managing ecommerce platforms, and assisting in the management of digital marketing operations under the supervision of the Head of Demand Creation.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
Social Media:
Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
Search for and contact Key Opinion Consumers (KOC) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) for product reviews on their platforms.
Ecommerce Platforms:
Support the execution on ecommerce platforms.
Reports:
Assist in weekly/monthly tracking of the performance of digital marketing activities for all brands and ecommerce platforms.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Senior student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
Strong interest in digital marketing and ecommerce.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with social media platforms and digital analytics tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier and Canva is a plus.
Hard-working with a can-do attitude.
Highly responsible and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
Strong desire to learn, willing to multitask, and take initiative.
Must have a laptop.
