Digital Campaign Execution
Assist in planning and running
digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Support daily campaign optimization to improve lead quality and ROI.
Prepare ads, audiences, and budgets following the digital plan.
Content & Creative Support
Coordinate with
designers or create simple visual assets for social media ads and posts (images/videos).
Support content creation for social media, website, blog posts, and fintech-related educational materials.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance, prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
Track key metrics (CPL, CTR, conversion rate) and provide insights for improvement.
Brand & Communication Support
Assist in managing the company's social media channels and maintaining consistent brand identity.
Support marketing activities for B2B partnerships with banks, fintech companies, and SMEs.
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Social Media.
Hands-on experience running Facebook Ads is required; Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
Experience in fintech, banking, or B2B tech is an advantage.
Basic design skills (Canva, simple video editing) are a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with familiarity using Ads Manager, GA4, or tracking tools.
Good English reading and writing for content research and working with HQ.
