Mô tả công việc
1/ Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
+ Brainstorm, develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing to promote immigration products from the big picture stage through execution and final analysis and reporting;
+ Develop and implement marketing campaigns to launch immigration programs.
+ Plan and execute all of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing and online advertorials.
+ Propose, develop, implement marketing activities, events and promotions to build brand awareness and increase sales.
+ Propose, develop and manage digital campaigns budget with a cost-effective manner.
2/ Social Media Management:
+ Manage key social media platforms (Website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Zalo OA, YouTube, Tiktok, etc.), to generate leads, drive engagement and growth within the target audiences.
3/ Website Management:
+ Work closely with the external web development partners to manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring a seamless user experience and up-to-date information on products and services, optimize SEO outcome.
+ Monitor and improve website performance (e.g., page load time, mobile responsiveness).
4/ Analytics & Reporting:
- Frequently track and analyze key metrics for all digital campaigns, such as traffic, conversions, lead generation, and cost-per-acquisition.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data to set up A/B testings, improve future campaigns and optimize marketing spend.
5/ Collaboration with Business Development/Sales team:
- Work closely with Business Development/Sales team to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals lead generation campaigns, and corporate events such as seminar, webinar, workshop, etc.
6/ Identify the latest trends and digital technologies effecting our industry.
7/ Other responsibilities will be assigned by line manager from time to time.

Yêu cầu
1/ Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
2/ Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a same position;
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns across various channels (SEO/SEM, social media, display, email).
3/ Skills:
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Zalo Ads, and other Digital media platforms;
- Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills.
- Problem solver, able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
