Responsibilities
Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal/external support departments.
Be the key person and work with agencies to implement and monitor
digital marketing campaigns.
Manage and optimize digital campaigns, monitor performance reports, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with other teams (like content, creative, event, and admission) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Optimize website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.
Manage the collected customer database system (raw lead/lead/qualified lead), analyze insights and make predictions.
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
