• Conceptualize online marketing and branding strategies to achieve the School's strategic business goals with the aim of increased student enrolments.
• Experience in managing assigned marketing budgets for Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads effectively.
• Plan and develop advertisements, print media, marketing collaterals, in-house content creation images and video clips and other communication media.
• Ensure online content creation and marketing remains innovative and maintains a high standard of the School's branding and image.
• Experience in managing DMs through Facebook, Instagram and through Web and Google enquiries.
• Ability to analyze Facebook and Google Ads dashboard analytics and propose improvements to maximize performance of all online advertisements and digital campaigns.
• Stay up to-date with current digital trends on social media platforms to incorporate into content creation.
• Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including media, social media and offline adverts.
• Provide support during marketing events such as Open Days at Schools, Fairs, Concerts, Off-site Exhibitions and Events, Marketing Talks, Sports Day and any other school events when required.
• Experience in photo-taking and video taking using mobile phones or cameras.
• Obtain prior approval from the Superior for all marketing posts and online content before posting on any platform.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties / tasks as and when assigned by the Line Manager.
• Expected to travel when required.

• Proficiency in marketing strategies, advertising campaign development and branding as well SEO / SEM proficiency.
• Experience in content creation for social media using Canva, Instagram Edits and / or other photo and video editing apps and tools.
• Experience or familiarity with using AI tools such as Chatgpt, Claude, Google Gemini for research as well as content creation.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience specifically in the Marketing Department.
• Experience in planning, executing and managing online advertising campaigns across various social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo.
• Ability to communicate in English - both spoken and written.
