Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing posts across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track community sentiment.
2. Content Creation & Support
Coordinate with
designers and copywriters to produce visuals and copy for posts, ads, and website content.
Research industry trends to develop relevant and engaging content ideas.
3. Campaign Execution & Optimization
Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Assist in A/B testing creatives, headlines, and targeting options.
4. Event & Campaign Support
Help with the planning and execution of online/offline events, webinars, or product launches.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Track campaign KPIs (impressions, CTR, conversions, etc.) and compile weekly/monthly performance reports.
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Education & Background
Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Familiarity with social media platforms and
digital marketing concepts.
Skills
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic understanding of digital tools (Facebook Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
Attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
