Develop digital media plans, set up and optimize for the campaign performance on media channels, including Facebook, Google, Tiktok and other online channels;
Prepare creative brief and follow up with creative team on banner production;
Follow up with the admin and finance team on payment, including raising e-PR, PO, payment request signing, document submission and invoice collecting;
Responsible for the day to day running of campaigns, analyze metrics, provide campaign effectiveness reports weekly / monthly / quarterly, and proactively recommend optimizations when appropriate to improve media performance;
Research and frequently update new trends on digital, propose adaptation plan accordingly;
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests;
Other tasks will be assigned by the line manager.
BS degree in marketing, Finance or a related field;
Learning attitude and teamwork spirit;
Self-motivated and hard-working;
Strong analytical skills & problem solver;
Good oral and written communication skills in English;
