• Lead and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Allocate and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and reach KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CAC, etc.).
• Oversee ad creatives, working with internal or external design teams.
• Ensure creative consistency across channels and campaigns, aligning with brand identity and audience insights.
• Provide creative briefs and feedback to design/copy teams to continuously improve visual and message performance.
• Explore creative trends and consumer insights to fuel content innovation.
• Stay updated on creative and digital trends across both local and international markets.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in Digital marketing, including 2 years managing a team or function.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Ecommerce platforms.
Strong skills in analytics and tools: GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets.
Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience working with international or multi-market digital campaigns is a plus.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is preferred.
