Job Description
Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Amazon Global Selling Marketing Team spread the awareness of selling globally. We also engage potential sellers through social media channels and website to promote the sell on Amazon program to them. Our mission is to educate sellers how they can become successful sellers on Amazon marketplace, helps them understand the potential benefits to their business so that the seller can reach the world of customers through selling on Amazon. We would like to seek a highly motivated, customer focused, creative thinking, data driven and action-oriented professional to join our marketing team to drive the awareness of Amazon global selling with focus on Vietnamese prospects and selling partners.
The Digital Marketing Manager (Lead Gen and Marketing Automation) will play a key role in scaling our outbound marketing efforts that will i) create and execute digital marketing campaigns that scale, implement best practices, utilize new tools and platforms to foster better customer experiences, ii) manage all the platforms and systems in the MarTech stack that allows our marketing partners to take an integrated omni-channel approach to scale our business and campaigns, executing more efficiently and effectively based on data and insight.
The ideal candidate for this role will take an analytical approach to problem solving, passionate and detail-oriented in the Marketing Technology (MarTech) and have a proven track record of executing strategic lead generation campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and generate pipeline Marketing channels will include email, SMS/Zalo Notification Service, social (paid and organic), website, and other push channels.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead the execution of Paid digital media campaigns from planning to optimization and reporting.
• Oversee intake and execution workflow for digital marketing and lead generation activities in partnership with cross-functional internal stakeholders.
• Define, test and build new digital opportunities Lead Generation campaign (such as Tiktok, vertical media, ...)
• Identify and share best practices for audience targeting and database hygiene, email/digital marketing strategy, tracking instrumentation and digital channel measurement.
• Own development, deployment, optimization & execution Marketing Automation tools (Marketo, Hubspot, Saleforce Pardot, Chatbot tools, Tele MKT tool, Uberflip, Splash, Adobe CQ, and other MarTech tools) in order to deliver the seamless experience to audience in the upper and mid-funnel.
• Create testing processes that ensure code quality as development progresses.
• Ensure successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing programs with Marketing Automation tools.
• Be the quarterback of email nurture programs. Work with internal stakeholders to build out nurture emails across the customer lifecycle.
• Project management - find cause, provide resolution or plan of action
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including operational processes, workflows, and training documents.

Yêu cầu
Basic qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience or computer science, IT, or related qualification or related fields.
• Minimum 6+ years working in digital marketing, of which: (a) 3+ years in a high-tech B2B demand generation; (b) 3+ years of work experience in Marketing Automation.
• Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include email, organic social, paid media, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights.
• Hands-on experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketing Automation tools.
• Hands-on experience in Digital Performance Marketing (Facebook, Google, Tiktok, ...)
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Great time management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Preferred qualifications
• Familiarity with the B2B sales cycle and how to employ website and email marketing strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth.
• Experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using Marketing Automation tools.
• Track record of developing and optimization Paid Media campaigns.
• Track record of developing and executing A/B testing within email and taking action on the results.
• Knowledge of testing and measurement practices to optimize ROI and evolve strategy.
• Extensive Salesforce and Tableau experience preferred.
• A team player with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
