Mô tả công việc
Purpose:
Being responsible for driving business and digital transformation within the Pharma division and across all products thanks to online marketing and digital innovation.
Scope: Local
Major Functions and Responsibilities:
(1) Digital Marketing Manager will strategize, provide frameworks/guidelines/guardrails for Pharma team to implement the social/digital marketing platforms to relevant customer activation plans such as educational campaign, patient support program, customer engagement, etc in order to drive and support Go Digital initiatives effectively to improve patient & customer outcomes and to accelerate our business growth. Some current examples of Go Digital initiatives are virtual engagement symposium, Tele-medicine, Tele-pharmacy
(2) Digital Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with the Product/Brand team, medical team, supporting teams, and vendors to implement digital campaigns on plan, on time and on budget.
• Corporate to build the communication concept and message, develop digital assets in multi digital channel
• Measure and report on the performance of campaigns.
• Track engagement rates and making improvements to channels.
• Align with our marketing and medical team to ensure high quality campaigns
(3) Collaborate with Product/Brand team to provide the consultation/ advice on monitoring, tracking KPIs, optimizing the performance of brand-owned digital activation/campaign such as: Phunusongchudong, AskAndee, Phongchongdotquy, Ask YaYa...
(4) Identify value potential through new digital business models in relevance with brand strategy/focus.
(5) Provide relevant/insightful training to cross functional team about social/digital marketing concepts, tactics to help to the team to have better and comm understanding about "Go Digital".
(6) Create relevant omni-channel campaigns personalized for the customer's information journey. These digital campaigns should create an integrated customer experience across all communication channels
(7) Being the pioneer of the digital strategy implementation, an integrated agency approach and assure that online and offline marketing work hand-in-hand for a common goal.
(8) Supervising and steering the digital agency to work efficiently, consistent within the defined timelines and budget; all projects must be in line with Bayer compliance guidelines
(9) Working with APAC Regional Marketing Team to create high quality brand/relevant awareness campaigns for a range of online platforms.

Yêu cầu
Qualification & Competencies:
• University degree
• At least 3 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing
• Experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage
• Have networks on Key Influencers and Digital Advocates
• Fluent in English
