Operation and build up team (50%)
Building and improving optimization guidelines and frameworks over time.
Training team in optimization ability daily to fully manage the whole project.
Keeping track of the clients' performance and actively providing recommendations for the team and clients.
Conducting monthly training sessions about optimization methods and digital marketing trends for the whole team and the clients (if requested).
Building and improving automation performance dashboards for clients.
Client Pitching / Media Planning (50%)
Be the trusted advisor/ to-go person within the team and with clients for all things related to digital/ media
Provide strategy/planning/approach to clients, across different digital platforms/ media platforms in order to achieve the brief's objectives
Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs
Provide guidance to the team on planning, follow-up on operations, and optimization of digital campaigns to get the input to revise the strategy, planning, and approach for better results.
Work with key media partners for implementation planning and negotiations (if any)
Build up the media planning team from the scratch, from recruitment to development.
