Hard Skills:
1. Proficient in social media marketing, social media ads, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), App Store Optimization (ASO) etc. with proven records
2. User acquisition experience: Have experience in successfully driving app downloads and registrations, and be able to execute effective user acquisition strategies
3. Product management: Understand and provide regular UI and UX upgrade plans regarding our app
4. Data analysis skills: Monitor the effectiveness of advertisements and marketing activities using software, and make optimization decisions based on data
5. Market Trend and competitors analysis: Stay updated on sports app industry to provide strategic advice to senior management
6. Affiliate Marketing: Initiate and execute marketing collaboration with 3rd parties
7. Project Management: Develop well-thought-out strategies that align with the company's goals. Understanding of the interests and needs of the target users in sports industry
8. Team Management: Keep track of tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities to ensure projects are completed efficiently; Assign tasks clearly and ensure team members understand their roles and objectives
9. Cost sensitive: Experience in formulating marketing budgets to ensure effective use of marketing funds
10. Creativity: Contribute innovative ideas and encourage creativity within the team
11. Other duties as assigned by management from time to time

1. Language ability:
Fluent Chinese/English (listening, speaking, reading and writing): to facilitate communication with superiors
Fluent in Vietnamese: to communicate effectively with local users and teams
2. Digital marketing experience:
Have extensive digital marketing experience, including social media marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, etc.
3. Social Media Major:
Proficient in social media platforms and able to effectively use social media to increase app visibility.
4. Traffic acquisition experience:
Have experience in successfully driving app downloads and registrations, and be able to develop effective user acquisition strategies.
5. Understand the sports industry:
Have a certain understanding of the football industry, understand and target the interests and needs of target users
6. Marketing budget management:
Experience in formulating and executing marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
7. Data analysis skills:
Able to analyze data, monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities, and make optimization decisions based on data.
8. Collaboration and leadership:
Good teamwork skills, able to lead and coordinate internal teamwork.
9. Communication skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
10. Creativity and design awareness:
Ability to think creatively and design compelling advertising and promotional content.
11. Competitive product analysis & market research capabilities:
Ability to analyze competitors' promotion strategies, analyze the characteristics and competitive landscape of the target market, and formulate differentiated marketing plans
12. Proven track record experience with minimum of 4+ years experience in Digital Marketing Manager.
