VeXeRe is looking for Digital Marketing (Paid Media Focus) in HCM Office to enhance brand awareness for new business. The goal is to reach more customers to help them choose the right product or service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Plan, develop and execute Facebook Ads/ Google Ads / PPC campaigns.
Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences.
Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting.
Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Work with Designers, Web Admin and Content Specialist to generate advertising assets including video, graphics, ad copy, and landing page URLs.
Conduct A/B tests in ads to understand contributing factors that drive the business forward.
Monitor and analyse advertising trends to optimize Paid Media Campaigns.
Stay current with industry best practices and technologies.
Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience (min. 2 years) in Paid Media with positive, measurable results.
Superior collaboration and teamwork skills; experience working with cross-functional teams.
Project management experience and adaptability.
Analytical thinking with strong math skills, Strong administration and organisational skills.
Competent written and oral communication skills.
Adwords certification is a plus.
Have experience in OTA Market is a plus

Currently, VeXeRe is the largest online bus ticketing platform in Vietnam with more than 600 passenger bus companies, covering over 2,600 domestic and cross-border routes to help users find bus information and buy tickets online easily. At the same time, VeXeRe.com also provides reviews of passengers who have traveled these buses. Passengers can simply select their favorite seats, pay online, or pay in cash at convenience stores across the country.
