Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of client projects across various digital marketing channels.
The Digital Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for liaising with the managers of SEO, Content, Design Team, Ad Team, Video Team, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery of projects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with department managers to develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for client campaigns. Ensure alignment with client objectives, goals, and deadlines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between different teams involved in client projects, including SEO, Content, Design Team, Ad Team, Video Team, and others. Facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative working environment.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns or questions. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for client needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate resources, including team members, tools, and technologies, to support project execution and meet client requirements. Monitor workload and capacity to ensure efficient resource utilization and project profitability.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality and accuracy of deliverables produced by various teams, including website content, ad creatives, design assets, and video content. Conduct thorough reviews and revisions to maintain high standards of excellence.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines or outcomes. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project performance metrics, KPIs, and key milestones to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing project management, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, advertising, design, and video production.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira, as well as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
Have proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively in a business setting is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing project management, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, advertising, design, and video production.
