THE ROLE:
As the Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist, you'll lead our branding and digital marketing efforts, guiding a small team of creative professionals. Your mission is to craft and implement visionary marketing strategies across diverse digital landscapes, amplifying our brands' presence, captivating our target audiences, and boosting sales in the US market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
STRATEGY & BRANDING:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our e-commerce objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, conversion optimization, retention, and SEO across e-commerce platforms, websites, social media, and email marketing.
- Performance Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis and generate detailed reports on all marketing activities.
- Branding & Creative Oversight: Ideate and collaborate with design, product and sales teams to develop and maintain a consistent and engaging brand's identity and creatives optimized for different touchpoints (packaging, ecommerce platforms etc).
SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATION:
- Develop and create compelling content viral content strategies for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, and influencers to produce high-quality content in both our in-house and external studios.
- Manage and grow social media channels by scheduling, responding to comments, and fostering community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
INFLUENCER/KOL MARKETING: Identify and partner with brand-aligned influencers. Evaluate and report on influencer campaign ROI.
PAID ADVERTISING: Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various channels (Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.), ensuring maximum ROI.
Participate in any other marketing and creative-related tasks as assigned by the company.
Yêu cầu
- 2-3+ years proven experience as a Marketing/Creative/Branding executive, preferably in e-commerce environments.
- Fluent in English, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), with a keen interest in U.S. social media trends and aesthetics.
- Experienced in running advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and optimizing SEO for search engine results pages (SERPs) is a plus
- Skilled in marketing research and analytical reporting, adopting a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experienced in leading teams is a plus
- A creative eye, coupled with proven ideation skills
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design or a related field.
