Digital Marketing Specialist (Ecommerce)

· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
. Performing website content updates, producing newsletters/contents, key messages, and posts designed to drive traffic, promote audience engagement, and support company objectives.
· Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence.
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
· Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
· Execute tests, collect, and analyse data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
· Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
· Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
· Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
· Perform competitor analysis to identify market trends and competitive advantages.
· Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase digital traffic and engagement based on these insights.
· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
· Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
· Coordinate for necessary requirement to run CPAS - Collaborative Ads.
