Campaign Planning:
Develop paid social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.
Set objectives, budgets, and timelines for each campaign.
Ad Creation & Management:
Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging ad creatives (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo, etc.).
Write compelling ad copy tailored to target audiences.
Manage and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads.
Ensure precise targeting and strong click-through rates (CTR).
Align persona targeting with the broader digital marketing strategy.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
Define and segment audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
Leverage data to refine targeting strategies and boost campaign performance.
Budget Management:
Monitor daily spend to maintain KPIs across acquisition channels.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Regularly analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) to assess and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Implement A/B testing to fine-tune creatives, targeting, and placements.
Use data to make informed adjustments for better results.
Funnel & Lead Management:
Report weekly on paid social performance vs. business KPIs.
Collaborate with Marketing, Community, and TMK teams to improve lead acquisition, conversion, and follow-up processes.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads, Zalo Ads, Twitter Ads).
Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a big plus.
Proven experience in managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
