Digital Marketing Specialist

1. Marketing Planning: 30%
Take part of content & concept in the planning process of Brand awareness campaigns, Digital
Marketing campaigns.
Assist to manage the overall marketing and communications yearly calendar for the business.
Brainstorm ideas, manage content productions in different channels: content ideas, concept and
flow, informative brand content for websites, SEO, blogs, emails, and social media... upon
assigned projects.
2. Marketing Execution: 60%
Plan and monitor ongoing campaign spending against the budget, keeping an accurate record and
make sure targets are met.
Promote brand reputation through various online social media channels.
Review and edit the existing promotional material for marketing effectiveness and adherence to
brand guidelines, especially in Faceboook Ads.
Prepare, plan and excute weekly and monthly email marketing by Mailchimp
Plan and excute MMS campaigns by existing tools.
Work closely with the designer and content specialist to make sure all materials will be aligned
with the concept and brand guidelines.
Identify new social trends and opportunities to improve content quality for better engagement.
Social campaigns monitoring every day to ensure KPIs, optimize budgets and promptly adjust
appropriate outreach strategies. Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPM, CMI, CPA,
CPC, CPL,...).
3. Website support: 10%
- Supervise and update website content by using Wordpress CMS
- Able to edit and create a simple landing page based on exisiting page and template in CMS.
- Having the experience of working with Google Adwords analytics tools.
- Other projects up on requirements.
