Mô tả công việc
Job Location: 5th Floor, Green Pax Building 216 Tran Nao, An Phu Ward, Dist 2, HCMC
Description:
• Brand guardianship - responsible for all aspects of branding, positioning and tone of voice.
• Amplify the brands' identity: ensure all activities align with core strategies and brand guidelines.
• Manage all aspects of consumer marketing, including communications, advertising, content photo and filming shoots (including those with partners).
• Lead both brands' presence on digital platforms (brand websites, , Instagram, Facebook, SEM, SEO).
• Prioritize key initiatives for the brands, leading a team that delivers engaging and creative campaigns and initiatives to our golfing audience.
• Plan, brief and review content with the product marketing team to ensure a seamless and integrated consumer journey regardless of channel.
• Collaborate with the MKT Managers to ensure synergy with trade / in-store promotions and all advertising messaging.
• Create marketing/media plans that include online, TV, print etc.
• Drive CRM, database acquisition and golfer connection opportunities.
• Monitor and interpret digital analytics. Generate and present marketing reports and analyses.
• Work with international teams to ensure global campaigns are relevant and adapted to this region.
• Manage annual planning process, Advertising budgeting, and performance metrics. Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI's).
• Identify and analyze trends and insights from marketing data, and then optimize and revise marketing budget and performance based on results and findings.
• Lead golfer insights projects to identify market opportunities and deeper connection and understanding of the target market.

Requirements
• Proven working experience in digital marketing / CRM field (Min 8+ years). Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with big data sets.
• Creative marketer with senior level experience delivering strategic brand programs and campaigns.
• Experience in eCommerce and digital advertising. Strong expertise in building and implementing social media and marketing strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; you must be confident in presenting internally and externally and engaging & managing with a range of stakeholders across the business.
• Ability to interpret business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and think through the end-to-end experience.
• Experience managing a marketing or digital or eCommerce team.
• Understanding of consumer perspective and ability to effectively analyze customer data to create insight-led Marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Hands on experience building customer journey tracking, developing segmentation strategies and overseeing the implementation through teams and technology at scale.
• Understanding of CRM principles in relation to database marketing, customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention tactics.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to turn data and insights into online marketing initiatives.
• Excellent team player who exhibits a high level of motivation and drive with the ability to work within a highly collaborative environment.
• Experience in industry relating to sporting goods is strongly preferred.
