Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute digital advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
Set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and Native platforms.
Identify audience segments and tailor campaigns accordingly (with ICP suggestion).
Develop Organic Marketing content and techniques on these channels to boost virality and growth.
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and ROI. A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
Troubleshoot underperforming ads and implement corrective actions quickly.
Work closely with the content, design, and market growth teams to develop ad creatives and copy.
Align messaging and visuals with the Pancake brand voice and product positioning.
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor tactics.
Recommend new platforms, tools, or formats for testing.
Yêu cầu
Basic English communication
3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and at least one of: Native Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
Proven track record of improving ROI and hitting performance targets.
Solid understanding of customer acquisition funnels and B2B/B2C differences
Problem-solving skills and proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Looker Studio.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns in parallel.
Experience with lead generation or e-commerce funnels is a plus.
