Mô tả công việc

1. AD OPTIMIZATION
• Plan & execute all ads on digital platforms (Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Youtube), including the definition of media strategy, goals, tracking metrics, and accelerating campaign performance.
• Create measurable paid social programs that are in line with strategy and budget
• Analyzing complex problems and finding data-based solutions.
• Oversee the creative team for social posts and ad specifications, as well as the launch of an effective paid campaign.
2. SOCIAL MEDIA
• Planning and developing social media campaigns
• Crafting compelling content or getting it developed
• Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Define KPIs for social media campaigns
• Keep an eye on social media trends
3. Leadership and talent development
• Lead, manage and motivate the Media team to drive superior performance and the achievement of marketing objectives.
• Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Training, developing and coaching media staff to improve their individual professional development.
Other tasks required by Marketing Manager

Yêu cầu

• University degree
• 3-5+ years of applied working experience in Social Media Management and Ad optimization.
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube LinkedIn etc
• Experience developing and implementing high-level of strategies and plans
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously

ACET is managed by IDP Education Vietnam, a well- reputed global education group and a co- owner of the IELTS test to assess the language ability. IDP Education is a global leader in the international education industry which operates a number of related business lines including; international student placement; English language testing; and English language Training. In Vietnam, core business operations consist of Student Placement, IELTS testing and English Language Training under the brand ACET. ACET is the leader in term of Academic English and IELTS preparation in Vietnam, opened in 2002 in both Hanoi and HCMC. Until now, ACET has welcomed more than 1.500 people come to study at ACET. ACET delivers UTS:INSEARCH (the language centre of the University of Technology, Sydney) English courses which are designed to give students the skills needed in a range of different areas including General English, Academic English and IELTS Preparation so that students are able to function in English, confidently and fluently within a study or work environment. ACET currently has five centers in Hanoi and HCMC. All the facilities are of high standard and are available for learners to use so they become familiar with an international studying environment. For 20 years ACET has prepared many thousands of Vietnamese students for university study overseas. These include private, fee-paying students, students funded under foreign aid programs and students funded under corporate client agreements.
