Job Brief: We are looking for an experienced
Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive the online presence of the company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and optimizing performance to achieve business goals: applications & unique visitors. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, data-driven, and well-versed in the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
Digital Management (70%):
Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website from all digital channels: SEO/SEM, email, social media, and advertising.
Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence.
Plan and monitor the digital marketing budget.
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data analysis.
Develop and implement innovative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversions, collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Work with agencies and external vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
Utilize a range of techniques, including paid and organic search.
Manage online brand and product campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Website Development (30%):
Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company's website.
Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
Stay updated on new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing developments.
Work with Website Product Management and Marketing teams to enhance user journey.
BS/MS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing.
More than 3 years of experience in digital marketing in a similar position
Proven experience in managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels with A/B and multivariate tests, and solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics...).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Customer service-oriented and a team player with leadership skills.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Ability to work under high pressure.
