Panasonic Sales Vietnam is seeking a highly skilled Digital
Performance Marketing Executive to support our digital planning and digital campaign management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving digital strategy, executing campaigns, and optimizing performance across multiple platforms. Below are the key responsibilities:
1. DIGITAL PLANNING:
• Support the line manager in developing digital strategies, planning approaches, and performance metrics across platforms/channels for all categories.
• Test and experiment with different strategies and optimization approaches to gain insights into how to effectively drive traffic and influence customer behavior.
• Collect market and audience insights using reports, research, and data tools to provide supporting data for developing digital strategies.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry digital benchmarks and the ability to compare the company's performance with market benchmarks to remain competitive.
2. DIGITAL CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT:
• Set up and execute digital campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
• Lead daily communication with vendors for the execution of display and programmatic formats and closely monitor their performance to ensure campaign KPIs are achieved.
• Monitor and track campaign performance using analytics and data tools such as Ad Dashboard, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.
• Analyze ongoing campaigns based on analytic data and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and post-campaign reports for all digital campaigns.
3. PAPERWORK:
• Follow up with internal (Marketing, Accounting, Legal) and external (Facebook, Google, vendors, etc.) stakeholders to prepare documents for contracts and monthly billing processes.
• Process documents in internal systems to obtain approval from relevant stakeholders.
• Closely monitor the process to ensure paperwork and payment procedures are completed in a timely manner.
- Bachelor/ master's degree in marketing/
digital marketing or relevant majors
- Minimum 1 year in Digital Marketing, with experience in Social, Search, Video, Display, E-commerce, and Conversion ads. Agency experience in a performance team is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and with external partners.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

- Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
