Job Summary:
Maybi Fashion is seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Specialist with significant experience in managing and optimizing
digital marketing strategies on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc.) and social media channels ( Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, and Google,..). This role is critical in driving our online sales and brand awareness, ensuring that our fashion products reach the right audience effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and manage advertising campaigns on E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki,...) and digital channels like Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, and Google.
o Allocate and manage advertising budgets across E-commerce platforms and digital channels efficiently.
o Ensure campaigns achieve set KPIs.
o Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
o Collect and analyze data from campaigns across E-commerce and digital platforms, focusing on key metrics like CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
o Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
o Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization.
o Propose and implement new strategies to enhance brand presence and market share across E-commerce and digital channels.
o Set up, manage, and optimize advertising accounts on E-commerce platforms, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, and Google.
o Handle issues related to advertising policies, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
o Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to create engaging ad content aligned with brand objectives.
o And other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or other related fields.
o At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
o Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is a strong advantage.
o Proficiency in E-commerce advertising platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki,...) and digital tools like Google Analytics, and Facebook Analytics.
o Excellent budget management and optimization skills.
o Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication skills.
o Strategic thinking and quick problem-solving abilities.
