Requirements

User Guide Writing:

Create user manuals: Write and maintain user guides for end-users, ensuring the documentation is clear and immediately usable.
User support: Provide support and address user inquiries regarding product usage.
Gather feedback: Collect user feedback on the guides and improve them based on this feedback.

Support Product Requirements Management:

Gather and analyze requiments: Assist in gathering requirements from customers, stakeholders, and the development team. Participate in meetings to understand needs and expectations.
Document requirements: Record and maintain product requirements, ensuring they are clearly and comprehensively documented.

Communication and Coordination:

Work with the development team: Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure they understand the requirements and goals of the features being developed.
Participate in Scrum meetings: Attend daily Scrum meetings, Sprint planning, and retrospetive sessions to track progress and resolve emerging issues.

Product Validation and Testing:

Aceptance testing: Perform acceptance testing to ensure developed features meet the defined acceptance criteria and requirements.
Quality feedback: Record and provide feedback on product quality, helping to ensure the final producs meets customer expectations.

Qualifications
Basic Knowledge of Product Management:

Basic understanding of software development processes and product management.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
Preferred fields: Information Technology and other related fields.

Communication Skills:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with stakeholders and the development team.
Listening and analytical skills to understand requirements and expectations.

Writing and Documentation Skills:

Ability to write clearly, comprehensively and accurately.
