What You Will Do
1/ Apply an end-to-end design thinking process:
Gather requirements and conduct research to define user problems
Create design concepts and iterate to develop solutions
Deliver results and adapt to evolving needs
2/ Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, the marketing team, Design Ops, and fellow product designers.
3/ Present design ideas to the team and deliver consumable specifications for implementation.
4/ Maintain and update existing designs to align with customer and business expectations.
5/ Occasionally provide customer support to better understand user needs.
